Nexus worlds and how Deaf fits into them

To understand how Deaf Works as a character, you first need to understand what a Nexus world is. A Nexus world is a conceptual place based purely on collective thought, belief, legend, and myth. So, in this instance, a Nexus “world” or “realm” would be Hell or the underworld. The reason for this is as follows: Hell and the underworld are a universal concept. Many different religions and cultures have a concept of hell or a plane of existence where the lost and the damned reside. The same goes for demons, devils, etc. Thus, a grander, more universal realm of hell can exist, interconnected to all other realms and places. Allowing entities from each connection to interact with each other.This brings me to who Deaf is and what Deaf can do. Deaf is a Demon; more precisely, he is an Incubus. To meet his specified clientele, he learned infernal magic, allowing him and others to summon him across all realms, worlds, and planes of existence. Through this Deaf has gained quite the reputation with people from many realms and worlds. Of course, throughout his time traveling and meeting clients, he established his brand and eventually obtained his family manor after some familial struggles. (More on that in the individual stories) Once Deaf obtained his manor, he expanded his namesake and brand into more lucrative fields! Such as music production, songwriting, and performing, and even creating a record label under the name “Deafsaudio.” Several years pass, and Deaf meets more folks, some interested in his services, others interested in becoming his friends and allies. Soon he is not only known as being one of the most prominent and popular incubi in the underworld but also the underworld’s most popular Rockstar.Deaf is a kind and charismatic individual who tries his best to get along with everyone! He loves supporting everyone he can, even if it means it’s a detriment to himself! He cherishes every moment of his life and he speaks genuinely about how he is feeling and what he is feeling whenever he speaks his mind. (end of general overview)

Relationships

Deaf maintains relationships with many people both friendship and some more personal and intimate. (This list grows with everyone Deaf meets and interacts with! Its not finished and I have a lot of people to put on it! So for now here are some quick examples)

Deaf and Akira

Akira is a changeling Demon that Deaf has been friends with for quite a long time. Due to their similar natures and interests, they get along well!

Deaf and Nozomi Olwyn

Nozomi is a Welsh Dragon within her own pocket dimension! She is able to travel wherever she likes and thus has run into Deaf many times during her travels! This has allowed them to form an active friendship in which they celebrate each time they see each other with a calm evening of tea and gossip.

Deaf and Tim

Tim is mysterious and often very soft-spoken; he barely speaks. A tall and imposing Greater Demon that seems to follow Deaf everywhere. To the uninitiated in the realms of hell, that’s all it appears to be. However, Tim and Deaf hold a complex relationship; Tim is the Auditor of Deaf's entire business venture, making sure he does not cross any lines he shouldn’t be crossing, making sure Deaf stays in good graces with those running the underworld. However, behind closed doors, Deaf and Tim are the best of friends, and one could say they are brothers.

Deaf and Skully

Skully is Deaf’s accountant, secretary, Doorman, and overall custodian. He does the jobs that Deaf cannot, and he makes sure Deaf isn’t getting into any legal trouble with his clients. This also means he finds himself cleaning up after Deaf’s verbal messes.

Deaf and Cleaves

Cleaves was a monster hunter initially sent to hunt down deaf; however, she soon realized his Devilish charm and his overly friendly nature weren’t worth killing him. So now they’re the best of friends.
